Automotive RenderLow-poly Formula E cars with bold, saturated liveries. The closed cockpits and aggressive shapes make them look alien next to F1.
Formula E cars look alien compared to F1. The closed cockpit, the aggressive rear diffuser, the front wing that wraps around the nose like armor plating. When I simplified the shape to low poly, the differences became even more obvious. Where an F1 car gets sleek, a Formula E car gets angular.
I used a brighter, more saturated palette than the F1 series. The electric racing connection felt right with punchier colors. The teal and orange livery on the main render was pulled from a photo of a charging cable, which seemed fitting.
